Chewable Vitamins vs. Liquid Vitamins

There are many people who take chewable vitamins, and others who prefer liquid vitamins. However, which one is truly the best type of supplement to take? Read below to find out whether chewable vitamins or liquid vitamins are the best for your body.

Unfortunately, most liquid vitamin supplements are up to seventy five percent water. This means that a large bottle of liquid vitamin supplement isn’t nearly as effective as you may think. Our bodies are made up of seventy five percent or more water, so why would you need water in your supplement? The truth is, you don’t. The water is simply put in there to “bulk up” the product, making it more enticing to eager customers. Not only that, but you usually have to mix it up with water, which makes it inconvenient.

Vitamins that you chew are great for your body. Chewing your vitamin supplement starts off the digestion process while it is still in your mouth. This means that your body is going to absorb most of the nutrients for each chew you take. Not only that, but it will taste great as well. Chewables are generally quite a bit cheaper than liquid ones, and you are getting exactly what you pay for… vitamins. There are no added fillers in Chews4Health vitamins, which means that everything you are getting is just pure vitamins that will be great for your health. They are easy to take, and you will not have to mix them with anything. Just pop one in your mouth and chew.

So should you take chewable vitamins or liquid vitamins? My vote is for chewable ones. They are better for your body, and the nutrients in them will be more easily absorbed, meaning that they are way more effective than liquid.
