Childrens Vitamins

Children’s growth rate can be affected by the lack of the right childrens vitamins. Activity level, ADD, bone density and the immune system are all likely to suffer if the child is not receiving the proper amount or type of vitamins. The best way to make sure your child is getting the vitamins he needs to maintain a healthy body and mind is to provide them with vitamins as a supplement especially if you have a picky eater. All natural chewable vitamins are the best way of doing this.

Make sure of the ingredients in the chewable vitamins you are purchasing for your child by reading the ingredients label. Not all vitamins are created equal.  For instance,  most popular children’s vitamins contain ingredients that are just not healthy like dyes and artificial sweeteners.  Reading labels is the best possible thing you can do for your children to make sure that they are getting the best possible products.

Your child needs vitamins, minerals, anti-oxidants, amino acids as well as phytonutrients.   For example, Zinc is necessary to allow the immune system to function properly and vitamin C  strengthens the immune system. All of these vitamins and nutrient are necessary for the body to perform to its utmost potential. Many are necessary for the formation of healthy bones, teeth and organs within the body.

One thing we need to remember when a child needs vitamins to supplement what they are not getting in the foods they eat,  they do not need additives such as starch, synthetic sweeteners and preservatives.
