Our bodies are made up of seventy five percent or more water, so why would you need water in your supplement? The truth is, you don’t. The water is simply put in there to “bulk up” the product, making it more enticing to eager customers. Not only that, but you usually have to mix it up with water, which makes it inconvenient.
